FAQ
What are my "Security Questions"?
Security questions, also referred to as Multifactor Authentication, are an Online Banking security feature that provides you with an extra layer of security to help protect you against identity theft and fraud. Security questions and answers provide information known only to you. Your unique answers to your selected questions will be used to confirm your identity when you sign in to Online Banking from an unknown computer or based on a combination of security criteria.
What should I do if I cannot remember the answer to my security question?
If you are unable to sign on to Online Banking because you have forgotten the answer to a security question, please contact your branch location and we will reset the questions. You will need to select and answer the security challenge questions again.
